Timesavers standard moulding sanders are used to remove cutter marks after a moulder or for denibbing or sealer sanding prior to top coats. Models are available with one to twelve brush heads and can be built in any configuration of side or top heads to sand product up to 4" thick and 12" wide. Brushes can be changed quickly for whitewood or sealer applications .

• Side sanding uits will sand product up to 3" thick
• All units adjustable for sanding pressure
• Variable speed (VFD) on all sanding units for aggressiveness
• Roller feed bed variable feed speed
• Guide fence and holddown rolls
• Holddown rolls are adjustable
• Dust extraction ports on each sanding unit
