WET DUST COLLECTION SOLUTIONS

Timesavers offers Wet Dust Collectors for the purpose of extracting metal contaminants caused by deburring, finishing or grinding ferrous and non-ferrous metals on a dry widebelt sander. Through the use of a motor and impeller to create suction, water, and strategic location of baffles, metal grindings are deposited into a water tank while clean air is exhausted into the atmosphere. The cabinets are fabricated from stainless steel for longevity. An automatic water fill system assures proper maintenance of the water level for maximum performance.

Portable
Light duty wet collectors are mounted on castors so they can easily be moved to desired locations throughout a factory. 2 HP and 5 HP units can be used in a variety of applications such as on backstand grinders, vacuum tables or small widebelt sanders.  Portable Wet Dust Collectors

Standard
