Sander Quality Problems?
Are your sanded surfaces up to par? Could it be that your widebelt sander doesn't produce an even, consistent finish? Timesavers can help!
We have a new service which can help your machine produce the quality finish you and your customers
need from a precision finishing system. A trained Timesavers technician will come to your facility
and inspect the condition of your top head sander. He will then recondition and align the sanding
surfaces in your machine. Poor surfaces and misalignment are most often the cause of the uneven product
finish. Our process will improve sanding by removing any unevenness in the rotating rubber drums - the basic
components of the sanding process. The precision drums back the abrasive belt. If these have any unevenness,
they produce poor quality surfaces and can cause the machine to produce "chatter."

Once these critical surfaces are smooth and uniform, our technician will correct the alignment to ensure that your sander produces at its optimum performance. This will eliminate any unevenness or drum chatter and let your machine perform to its maximum capability with your products looking their best.
The process takes about an hour for each sanding drum in most machines. You will get your machines back into operation quickly and turning out high quality surfaces right away.
The premium that your customers pay for is a quality finish. It's hard to make money when your sander isn't performing at its best.
