 TIMESAVERS "Quick Ship" Program

1. How quick is quick?
Timesavers will ship any applicable spare part on the same business day, providing a formal order is entered by 11:00 Central Standard Time. Orders placed after 11:00 will ship the next business day.
2. What parts apply?
Any replacement part listed on the "Quick-Ship" list for Timesavers SpeedSander and all Model 1100, 1200, 1300, 2100, 2200 and 2300 machines. Simply click on the link below to access the general list or the specific list to insure you have the correct part number and that it is part of the "Quick-Ship" program. The program will be retroactive to all machines shipped since January 1, 2006.
3. What information is required to process a "Quick-Ship" order?
When an order is placed, the machine model and serial number are required. It is the customer or distributors responsibility to advise that the "Quick-Ship" program applies at the time the order is placed.
4. What is the guarantee of shipment?
If Timesavers does not ship the spare part according to our promise, you will be credited for one-half of the purchase price of the component.
5. What's the point?
The point is that we want to be your partner! We understand that at times a component may fail. If that happens, this is to assure you that Timesavers will have you back in operation quickly. After all, we do call it the "Quick-Ship" program.
